Standard library

JIPipe comes with a standard library of data types, algorithms, and other functionality that makes it ready to use for most common image analysis projects. The library of course can be extended with plugins.

Please take a look at the following standard library components:

• ImageJ integration

This library provides integration of ImageJ data types, as well as common ImageJ algorithms.

• Macro node

The macro node allows to run ImageJ macros.

• Filesystem algorithms

This library provides data types for that wrap filesystem objects, as well as algorithms to navigate the filesystem and extract information.

• Data annotation algorithms

This library provides basic functionality to add annotations to data slot rows.

• Plots and tables

This library provides operations to generate and modify tables, as well as creating plots.

• Jython integration

This library provides nodes that allow to run Python scripts via the Jython library

• Python integration

This library provides nodes that allow to run Python scripts.

• R integration

This library provides nodes that allow to run R scripts.

• Cellpose integration

Integrates the Cellpose tool into JIPipe.

• Deep Learning

Integrates Deep Learning capabilities (Tensorflow, Keras).
