JIPipe workshops at the TiM 2025 in Münsingen, Germany

We are happy to be given the opportunity to give JIPipe workshops at the TiM 2025.

Our workshop will be very interactive and be dynamically adapted to our audience.

If you want to use your own hardware, please download the newest version of JIPipe (5.1.4).

Info (18.03.2025 3:30 PM): I found a bug with the ZARR download function and with artifacts. I recommend to update to the new version 5.1.4.

Example data

We might want to work with specific example data and projects that you can find in various locations:

  • We uploaded example data and projects to a Google Drive

  • We uploaded data to an OMERO instance provided by our institute. You can connect to omero.hki-jena.de with username public and password public to access the data from JIPipe.
