Workshop #7: Love ImageJ? Advantages of using JIPipe
JIPipe is a free and open-source visual workflow language that allows non-programmers to create custom image batch processing pipelines using functions from ImageJ, Cellpose, OMERO, and other tools. The workshop will be an interactive and beginner-friendly tutorial on how to design custom image processing workflows in JIPipe. The course will introduce the basics of working with JIPipe on simple example data and gradually introduce new concepts including batch processing, metadata management, handling of complex data structures, workflow organization, and data export.
Target Audience: Scientists who are already familiar with ImageJ and know the basics of image analysis.
Limitation of participants: 12
What to bring: Laptop with at least 16 GB RAM, running Windows 10/11, Linux, or macOS, with permission to install custom software. A mouse is highly recommended.
